Join neighbors and friends (new and old) for our annual Work Day. We've got a fun list of projects to tackle, including:
OUTDOORS

- Clean out back shed, lay down pavers and/or set brick firmly, toss unusable items

- Clean play area – weed, throw out broken items, tighten play equipment. Gate has been fixed.

- Change out/throw out/fix the privacy bamboo (?) attached to the fence

- Clean outdoor furniture

- Clean Woven chairs

- Clean Outdoor furniture

- Clean the cushions that fit on the outdoor couch. Borax and brush/sponge/gloves

- Check and steady solar path and stairs lighting

- Report if lighting needs to be replaced

- Review efficacy and safety of stairs to lower lot – John Lovell has ideas

- Weed whack outer perimeters

- Mow lawn 

- Seed lawn (seed in vault)

- Gravel delivery for driveway and parking lots/tractor

- Weeding in the upper lot gravel and entryway

- Check external electrical plugs – Roel 

- Check roof in general, straighten vent (s)

               - Look for any damage or any repairs that may need to be done should we install solar on the west side
INDOORS

Kitchen: 

- We need to attach a flat ceramic item to the wall

- Label kitchen drawers

Main Room:

- Review next steps for interior paint job incl hall

- Round wood tables need to be inspected and screws tightened

- Stains on long tables – how to clean?

Back Room: Kate is lead

- Hang curtains on double glass doors

- Toss unwanted items

- Organize items

- Review idea about hanging a space delineator hiding chairs and tables

Vault: Sandra is lead

• Go through decorations and toss extra stuff
• Pick lock on filing cabinets, toss old stuff (not archival) and put stationery, etc. in there. Need crowbar???
• Organize tools and see what basic items we need.
• Organize the room. Toss/donate.

We can review how much ‘stuff’ we have and whether we need to do a dump run
